The YONEX Bonn International 2025 has kicked off today and will run until Saturday, 31st of May. The Future Series tournament is streamed in full on Badmintoneurope.tv.

In women’s singles, we’ll have a big first-round clash between Switzerland’s Jenjira Stadelmann and Scotland’s Rachel Sugden. On the men’s singles, top seed Ade Resky Dwicahyo and second seed Kian-Yu Oei, representing the host nation, will lead an exciting draw.

Germany is well represented across the board, with Miranda Wilson in the women’s singles main draw, and several pairs including Jan Colin Völker/Stine Kuespert, Julia Meyer paired with the Netherlands’ Iris van Leijsen, and just 18 years old Luis Pongratz, competing in qualifications today.

In doubles, Daniel Franco/Rodrigo Sanjurjo enter as the men’s doubles top seeds, while Kirsten de Wit/Meerte Loos will be strong contenders in the women’s doubles.
