Anders Antonsen is out of the DAIHATSU Indonesia Masters 2026 in the round of 16 after a three-game clash against Chinese Taipei’s Chi Yu Jen.

The match lasted just over an hour, with Antonsen losing 11–21, 21–18, 13–21. Chi Yu Jen controlled most of the match from the start. Antonsen fought well in the second, despite Chi making a comeback that was dangerous for the Dane at the gamepoint, taking it to a decider.

However, the third game was Chi Yu Jen's, who maintained the momentum to get the win.

Antonsen will not be at next week’s Super 300 tournament in Thailand. The next stop for him will be at the 2026 European Men’s & Women’s Team Championships in Istanbul, Türkiye.
