Daniel Lundgaard/Mads Vestergaard have secured their spot in the quarterfinals of the DAIHATSU Indonesia Masters 2026 after yet another strong performance in Jakarta.

The Danish pair continue with their strong performance after their opening round win against top seeds Aaron Chia/Soh Wooi Yik. Today, they've defeated Japan’s Hiroki Midorikawa/Kyohei Yamashita in three games (30-28, 15-21, 21-19).

The first game went all the way, with Lundgaard/Vestergaard winning it 30-28, and the Japanese pair forced a decider. In the third game, the Danes stayed strong in a close finish to secure the win, booking their place in the quarterfinals. This is a great result for the Danes at a Super 500 level.
