The second day of first round matches at the DAIHATSU Indonesia Masters 2026 brought some solid results for Europe. All seeded players are safely through and many others had to battle their way into the round of 16.

Fourth seeds Thom Gicquel/Delphine Delrue, eighth seeds Jesper Toft/Amalie Magelund and second seed Anders Antonsen all secured solid wins. There were also hard-fought three-game wins for Line Højmark Kjærsfeldt, Mathias Christiansen/Alexandra Bøje, Julie Dawall Jakobsen, and Julien Maio/Lea Palermo, who defeated higher-ranked Dhruv Kapila/Tanisha Castro.

The round of 16 will bring exciting matches with many Europeans still in action, including an all-French mixed doubles clash between Gicquel/Delrue and Maio/Palermo.
